I accept Blue Shield, MHN/Health Net, Anthem Blue Cross, Optum/United Healthcare, Tricare/Triwest, Carelon, Cigna, and Aetna. I can also bill other insurance companies if you have a PPO plan.

It’s best to call your insurance company in advance and see if you have a deductible that might impede reimbursement.
